Terms of service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our site. If you’re under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s okay before ordering.
• Account: You may need to create an account to shop. Keep your login details safe—you’re responsible for anything done under your account.
• Rules: Don’t misuse our site (e.g., no hacking, spamming, or uploading shady stuff). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you break the rules.

• How It Works: All items are made-to-order. Once you place an order, we process it within 3 business days and ship it out (see our Shipping + Delivery (#) page for details).
• Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. We can adjust prices anytime, but your order locks in the rate you see when you buy.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen method when you order.
• Cancellations: Since we print on demand, orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Email us at service@moviewearhub.com (mailto:service@moviewearhub.com) ASAP if you need to cancel.

• Shipping takes about 15 days to North America after processing (18-23 days total). Check our Shipping + Delivery (#) page for the full scoop. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

• Got a defective item or the wrong design? We’ll fix it! See our Returns & Exchanges (#) page for how to return or swap within 30 days. Non-defective custom orders aren’t returnable—sorry, no take-backsies on fandom love!

• Our Designs: All artwork, logos, and designs on MWH are either original or licensed. You can’t copy, sell, or redistribute them without our permission.
• Your Rights: Buying our gear doesn’t give you ownership of the designs—just the right to rock them.
• IP Respect: We don’t mess with others’ copyrights or trademarks. If you think we’ve slipped up, let us know at service@moviewearhub.com (mailto:service@moviewearhub.com).

• We strive to make your experience huh-mazing, but we’re not perfect. MWH isn’t liable for indirect damages (like lost profits) or issues beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays). Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for your order.
• Products are sold “as is,” though we’ll always honor our return policy for defects.

• Accuracy: We try to keep product info and images spot-on, but slight variations (e.g., color due to screen settings) might happen.
• Availability: Items are subject to stock and supplier limits. If something’s unavailable, we’ll refund you.
